No free drain cleaning done after normal weekday business hours, or holidays.

Customer must have easy access to outdoor clean-out, no roofs or crawl spaces.

Free offer expires after 1 year from original date of service.

Free offer only applies to owner-occupied residential properties.

Free offer is not available for defective plumbing lines or any foreign objects in main drain line.

Free offer only applies IF customer elects to use camera on original drain call to verify line is clear of all obstructions.
