Wesley and his apprentice came to fix a clogged line in my home on a Saturday I was calling around in a panic with sewage backing up into showers, bathtubs, etc. They were efficient and knowledgeable and had the plumbing issue fixed quickly.

We had a very good experience working with Emergency Drain Cleaning Wesley was very prompt when calling us back and answered our questions clearly. We ended up having to have a portion of our yoed dug up to replace the pipe where the tree roots had caused damage. Since they had a good idea where to dig. just a small hole was needed Wesley was very conscientious around our trees and fence, so as not to damage them with the back hoe. We would hire Emergency Drain Cleaning again if we had sewer troubles.

This work was quaranteed for thirty days At the time of service, our drains were running clear. A week later, we fad backed up drains agan We called Wesley for service and he came right away. The weather was extremely cold and wet. A quick fix got things running but Wesley and Jason said they would return on a better day They did. Today the job was finished to their satisfaction and ours We are extremely pleased their dedication, honesty and professionalism.

The man explained their process and the pricing for that process while he had me on the phone, I was more than happy to pay He had a very nice couple guys at my house in less than an hour. I don’t thank they even spent an hour at my house. The lines were cleared and they texted everything to make sure things were back to good I will recommend them to everyone. Called them to try to save money from being charged $400 from the other guys. This chump shows up with some NOT PROFESIONAL tools: (OK I try not to judge) but quoted me $250, I couldn’t be there but my parents were (DAD is 85) just found out thay my parents paid $500 our kitchen sink and pipes underneath were left BROKEN Our dishwasher wand sink was clogged but not totally $500 and broke my sink/faucet and dram/pipes? SERIOUSLY? We just had to spend all day long and pay someone else (not professional to instal an entirely new faucet and sprayer as well as re seal our drain and pipes The man that came to our house to unclog it just kept screwing around wasting time walking in and out of the house and sitting in his truck but pass time to charge more moeny Just pay the steep price for the TRUSTED PROFESIONAL DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND GET RIPPED OFF BY CLOWNS LIKE THIS

Emergency Drain Clean of Wichita was wonderful From the first phone call to the pro (Justin) that came out to my home, all were professional and hardworking. My sewer line had a lot of root penetration that took time to deal with, but they were able to clear the roots and provide a video. If I am ever in need again I will be calling them.

He installed our new ejector pump came back out when we were having issues a few weeks later as a curtesy call and then again 6 months after that to find our float had gotten tangled and he freed it again as a curtesy considering the price we had paid for the pump and install.
